The Art of Tablescaping is an event dedicated to celebrating the creativity and potential in table design while supporting our community. Attendees will be immersed in a stunning showcase of table settings and discussions, aimed at inspiring both novice hosts and experienced entertainers. Our goal is for attendees to leave feeling empowered and motivated to host their next gathering with elegance, confidence, and flair.
Back for its second year, guests are invited to join us for a weekend of tablescape inspiration, elevated designs, and endless hosting ideas. This exciting two-day event features our VIP experience, Dinner with the Designers, the Tablescape Designer Showcase, and NEW for this year, our Elevated Entertainers Workshop Series featuring Mary Catherine Folmar of Cotton & Quill and Symone Shaw-Denton of Occasions with Symone Shaw. We are excited to debut our hands-on topiary and floral design workshops with Cotton & Quill and Occasions with Symone Shaw. Leave the workshop of your choice with new skills & a beautiful fresh citrus topiary or a fabulous fresh flower arrangement! Tour the 2024 Birmingham Home & Garden Inspiration Home and learn how to create your own breathtaking and fragrant holiday topiaries.
The topiary form is handcrafted in Alabama and will last for generations, patterned after early Williamsburg topiary forms. The class instructor is designer Mary Catherine Folmar of Cotton & Quill.
All materials will be provided and each guest will be able to take home a beautiful centerpiece for their Thanksgiving table. Light refreshments will be served.
